While I'm no expert on this, maybe sfall can extrapolate which line is used from the msg files. From there it would be easy to write a script which puts that line on the screen, possibly making text-to-speech programs read them.

First of all, thank you Killap (and all the others who contributed to the project) for your work, it really enhances the game experience. But there are several places that suffer from the "can't reach that" problem, for example, all generators in the EPA, making most of the quests unachievable.

I don't think fixing this should be a priority as if someone would like to use this exploit, he could resort to other techniques (like reducing stat points by using alcohol and the withdrawal effect of drugs). I think fixing this would either need serious work or stupid compromises.

The Sfall is currently not available for Fallout 1 (as it only fixes some graphical glitches which are already taken care of by High res patch).
