Played the game so much as a kid. Played RA1 on PS1, and played CandC and RA2 on PC. Good god, those games blew me away first time through. And when I first played that mission where you go to the moon and have very limited resources... Taught me how to play an RTS like Chess.

This is a known bug that has been around since Vanilla. Hopefully you have a previous save. Car might be gone forever, or it might randomly re-appear one day. (With it's trunk missing or something if another bug also happens.)
