1.: I don't think there is a way. You can go to your profile to see all of your posts and you can get notifications for topics, though.
2.: No. There are 'ranks' based on postcount and special ranks for special people. The postcount-ranks are basically meaningless, of course.
3.: No. Upload any picture you want (as long as it follows board rules).

1. This won't show topics you've started, for some reason this forum doesn't have that option (which is very silly) but it does have option that shows every thread you've posted in. Finding the threads you've started is fairly easy from that:
