4/5 Rights Query.

On the NMA main page, it tells me that Beth bought the rights to FO3, " with an option to purchase Fallout 4 and 5."

Other sites are telling me that they have got the rights to 4&5. That said, more than one of these other sites was a Pete Hines interview. So which is it?

That was when they originally bought the rights to Fallout 3.
Since then they've actually bought the franchise and thus have the right to do whatever they want - except build an MMO for a few years since Interplay retained the rights to that.
