No particular reason, I just thought it'd make a pretty rad av/sig and figured if people were bothered by it I could cycle it out.

also a touch of emo though (and that's a very bad thing).
 
i presented the case to my buddies on irc & they concur: it's emo (although some say it might be more goth than emo). amongst my buddies is a radio DJ that specialises in metal, so your claim of it being metal is refuted! (until you contact some friends of yours that play in a metal band & have them support you that it's not emo, but metal.)

hehe, either way it's not that bad an av. not something we're used from you though.
 
In any case, I've always found it best to mix up aesthetics, so I tend to go with what strikes my fancy at the time.

I thought maybe Gurochan might have had something tasteful enough to use as an av/sig, so it came down to this or an angel in a straight jacket with a bloodied Silent Hill mouth.
 
mate, his avatar is nowhere near emo =/. So many metaphors can be made from the stitching of the eyes ect, but not emo.

Sorry Brady, but I thought your av was emo from when I first laid eyes on it. Even if it would qualify as metal, I think metal can be pretty emo as well at times. As can goth... In fact, it's all a big fucking bucket of emo, and I'm going to cut myself this minute.

Someone should permalink the pic. :P
