CAN YOU PLAY AS A MUTIE?

CAN I PLAY IN FALLOUT 3 (i ve heard it isn't still in production but after the release of ice wind dale they re going to make it, please tell me if this is true..)
anyway.. can I play in fallout 3 as a ghoul or a super mutant?

and in fallout 3 i hope that female mutants look differents from male the same for ghouls and other...

ah will you see the old cities?
like junktown the hub and others...?

The answer...

to all your questions is, "We don't know yet." F3 hasn't been officially announced. The hope is that it will be once IWD ships. As to what features will be in the game, only the developers know.
