Funny thing is...I even thought about moving to Canada to escape helping a government run by Bush or maybe even a draft. Though that is just speculation...

As for the draft- Tone, pray that there are no other national security threats that require US ground forces. With all the commitment in Iraq and our reserves and national guard already out there, where else are they going to get the bodies.

EDIT 2:If you want to move to Russia, fine, but in Canada you still get all the American networks on Cable here, so you won't be missing your TV.
Canada and the USA are similar enough that you really won't feel like you're in a foreign land, mostly because most of Canada speaks English as well.

Speaking of which. Are the Quebecua any closer to attaining their own country or is it a pipe dream at this point? I remember studying it in my "Geography of the United States and Canada" course at college.

I think it would be great to have a third country bordering the United States. It would give the presidency another opportunity to say were not safe...uh oh...I sudden felt a sense of foreboding in terms of the Wasteland storyline when I said that.
