Convert Music from Fallout 1/2 Game ?

First time out of the vault
I know that there many sites where you can download them but right what if I need the OST from Fallout Nevada and Olympus 2207 ?
I tried google but the only solution I could find was to using acm2wav but I cant work with this porgramm bsc it dont allow me to open it.
Is there a better solution to rip the music files from fallout games ?
 
If you have acm2wav, all you have to do is drag any ACM file over and drop it on the acm2wav.exe and it will get you a wav conversion of the sound file.
 
The problem is when I try to open acm2wav it closes suddenly fast. I tried to open it with cmd but I couldnt open it aswell.
