the first time he freaks out, there is definite laughter on the background.

wether that are the guys in the background of the helpdesk or the friends of the prankster ... i dunno

but my money is on the pranksters because of the inconsistencies ...

i dont really know why to be honnest, i guess it's a mix of nostalgy & the fact that it still is one of the best squadbased shooters out there (i mean in wars, not some random public server)
 
It wasn't working for me either.
However, when I tried it in Internet Explorer, it worked after a while. You just have to be patient while the sound file downloads.
 
hard drive = dead.
UPDATE: Luckily I foresaw this a couple months ago, so I moved the entire htdocs directory to a different drive. This means I need to get a new drive and reinstall apache, so it's not a huge deal, just need to buy a new drive. Everything should be back in a few days with any luck (luck meaning my credit card isnt maxed out).
