The address you typed in is correct. You probably need to download russian language support for your browser before you can see the site.
I accessed www.fallout.ru on my crappy library Mac that is decades old (American Public Education System, assholes), and everything was OK - except for fonts, of course.
The problem is that Ranger, like I, probably didn't want to download the 5.4meg or so Russian Font update for IE. That's understandable. However instead of simply printing out odd characters, IE shows a blank screen. You can even right click and see the source code of the page (which is there).
Ranger needs to download the IE language update pack, use Netscape/Opera, or just skip it altogether.
Thanks. I will get the download if I have time, remember to, or care to. I hope that the PAS sign was just for me being ignorant of the fact that I need the download and not that I asked something stupid.

But, you just can go to http://www.fallout.ru/teamx/en/ and you will have the page in english and you DON'T NEED TO DOWNLOAD 5 MILLONS MEGS ON FONTS that you never are gonna use.
