It's about an animal shelter. Where they treat animals BETTER than humans in the oppinion of the author of this crap.
They say squirrels get anal massages and they compare the fact that they pay more for a dog, than the goverment pays for a homeless person.

Most likely that means "well, there is an extremely big possibility (a brother of my sisters friend who knows someone working near Hamburg told me) that a squirrel once got anal treatment at that animal home in Hamburg. Great! Makes a good headline, so why should we prove it?"

Some dogs (and cats) need to regularly get what could be construed as "anal massages". They are actualy massages of anal glands which get inflamed and cause hair loss.

I have a book i bought at a charity second hand sale thingy.
