F1 Cathedral assault with unofficial 1.3.2 patch

The broken BOS Cathedral assault option was fixed in unofficial Fallout 1.3.2 patch.

I just finished the game, but I only got BOS to aid with the Military Base assault. What steps/requirements I need for BOS Paladins Cathedral assault aid?
