Fallout 1 Window Sizes?

So I downloaded the un-patches 1.2 than 1.34 and installed one after the other and I'm able to set the resolution, but the window sizes are quite small running @ 1680 x 1050
Also I thought there was a Sfall patch for both Fallout 1 and 2 that helps remove the time limit?

time limit in fallout2???? HUH???

as for fallout 1, you have 150 days to get the waterchip, dont worry its more that you actually need, after that there is no more time limit

if you talking about the hardcoded 13 years limit, then yes sfall can help you with that, not that you will actually play for 13 in game years
(you usually take 4 years to finish all quests and stuff)

hmm i didint get it, you think 1680 x 1050 is small?

I mean the Menus are too small the windows in the game.
