Fallout 3 & Penny Arcade Comics

Do you really need to be told what to think? Does everything need to be explained detail for detail for you to understand it?

Thats what the Ctrl Alt Delete comic is for.

Well I used to like mst3k when I was younger, but it was really hit or miss.

How dare you. MST3K is ALWAYS funny.
ALWAYS

Hands of Manos and Puma Man. Eternal classics!

That was pretty funny. Vault 69 was totally worth a reference. Full of parody potential  Man, that guy must've had a helluva of a time. On the other side, Vault 68 was probrably hell beneath earth. 1 Woman, 999 Guys? Oh god... THAT'S HORRIBLE!

oh oh! Sure 69 sounds fun at first. I cannot handle 1 woman, 1000? no way jose!

1000 Woman raping 1 dude is horrible too.
though prolly most of them will turn lesbo anyway... :/

It's always been my opinion that the sole woman in Vault 68 would be dead within a month or less. When you think about the crazies who would get upset by her perceived whoring, thus aggravating their already present mental propensities (further exacerbated by the stress of the war and the sealed environment) it seems likely she would be victim to a rather nasty rape and murder. Assuming everyone would just fight over her is having a lot of faith in the inherent goodness of 999 jealous, stressed, and hopeless men.

Also, I think the puppet thing is juvenile but juvenile could easily describe the direction this entire game is going (ZOMG WAS THAT SOME EYEBALLZ!!!11!! VIOLENCE IS SOOOO EDGEY LOLOL!!!!).

Yea, I couldn't imagine dealing with 999 women. First, factor in all the drama they would create and the catfights. Then the aligned menstrual cycles and when they all have their periods at the same time.

Yea, I'd rather have the puppets.

Orly? Futurama: "Ladies, please! The mind is willing, but the body is bruised and broken!"

The Final Sacrifice gets the special place in my heart.

Ah...910. Season 9 is full of gems: Final Sacrifice, Hobgoblins, Quest of the Delta Knights, Werewolf, the Pumaman, the Projected Man, the Phantom Planet.

But yes...The Final Sacrifice

That'd be "The mind is willing, but the flesh is spongy and bruised!" Sorry, couldn't resist correcting you.

Incidentally, I never did care for Mike as host of MST3K. I just didn't find him particularly funny, though he did have a few gems here and there (such as Angels Revenge). It must be his delivery and style that turned me off. The show went steadily downhill after Joel left - some of those later episodes are downright unwatchable. You can't get much better than Manos, Santa Claus vs. the Martians, Mr. B Natural, Hired!, Pod People, Cave Dwellers, Mitchell, Eegah, What to Do on a Date, etc.

Weekly updates seems a bit slow for a three-panel strip. It would be more suitable to full-page strips.

I wonder if we'll find a mostly empty vault with one human skeleton and a crate of puppets in Fallout 3.

Well, this is just a promotion, not an independant webcomic.
A side project.

If Bethesda actually did that - which I don't really believe - that'd easily be the single best thing about Bethout.
