I'm pretty sure it's an actual mod releasing on either the 25th anniversary or the 23rd of October

It's using GZDoom, so I'm also sure it's real gameplay.

Don't think it'll be releasing anytime soon, as on the last frame, you can see "WHEN IT'S DONE" written in really faint text at the bottom of the screen. I've enhanced the brightness so you can see it. Still really cool though, can't wait to try it.
