Fallout 1 mod Fallout Fixt (Only Fixes) Ver 81a Crashes at Special Encounters

It's exactly as the title says. This is the crash message

this crash happened when I was just trying to travel, however, the crash messages for what I stated in the title are very similar.

I use fallout fixed version 81A

Any help would be appreciated

Does it corrupt your save? Is your game still playable? Other details might be helpful too.
Sadly, Fixt still has a lot of bugs in it that never got...well...fixt
Hopefully one of the more knowledgeable modders will check this and give you an idea what's going on, but I'm not sure if this mod is being updated. My understanding is the last update was in 2015, looking at the github for it, so I'm not holding out much hope.

I'm not sure if the game crashing in special encounters counts as a save corruption or not.

nah, save corruption means your savegame won't even load, you'll know it when it happens.
But hey! I see there's a Fixt forum post claiming there will be a new release in January 2020, so you may consider offering a bug report to the github for it:
