No no, my friend, the true artist realizes his work is done when there's nothing left to remove, not when there's nothing left add.
Besides, improving stability and bugs and framerates is exactly what he says they are doing now...

Done just means it's nearing gold (or silver, depending on which dev is speaking). In that case it means it's about ready to present to their publisher. There's nothing mystical about it, it's just a production process term.
