Does any one know and exact date when Tactics will be out?

if we go by the book minutes would seem like hours and hours would seem like days. I think i saw in 3 weeks

I don't have an exact date, but I can say with some certainty that, unless there are more delays, your thirst for FO:T will be satiated sometime before the end of March.
