This is basically gonna be a large post showing I guess changes in the games graphics from then and now using screenshots and stuff.

GRAPHICS

Fallout 1 - Grim and Broken World

Fallout 2 - Not a whole bunch of change from a graphics stand point slightly sharper

Fallout Tactics - A slight change from the previous Fallout games it's given a more sharper look

Fallout 3 - Now rocking a full 3D world with bland graphics and a ugly greenish tint

Fallout New Vegas - Looks like 3 but better lighting and a more realistic look

Fallout 4 - Graphics that look way more polished then previous games but still behind from an industry standpoint

Also I always thought fallout 2 looked slightly muddier than fallout 1 overall. Just look at the wannamingos.

I think some of the sprites were muddier, but smoother, better animation.
