Fallout3 and a new armor

in f2 they say something about San-fran doing experiments with FEV and testing a new power armor, so it got me thinking how will the future (in f2 time) will look like and i came across these suggestions (sorry for being pesimstic):
1. San-Fran will make an army of advense mutents and new armor.
2. Voult City will make an army of replicas and they'll quickly destroy Gecko and take over the powerplant.
3. NCR will have a defensive army and will be the most close thing to "USA".
4. NCR and Voult City will unite against the Jet and they'll fight Mordino, then Salvdore will came in with there laser pistols, tring get a hold on Jet and will be eliminated, and after this, all New Reno.

this what i think could be, i dont like it myself, but it's just a thought i'm sharing.

about the armor:
my favorite is (of course) the BOS power armor, but, after seeing (lame-excuse-for) the new armor i got a thought that why can't we make a "Power Combat Armor", it should be great, it's light, afective and Powered. so it's wont add to u'r strenge but it could add to u endurance and it's much more Armor Class, it's the best for SF police and stealth charecters, while the the other ppl could choose some new upgrade to the BOS power armor (i supports the Ad.power armor to be throwned out of the game and the Enclave with it, and BOS will have a nice comeback and they'll make a MK2 power armor).

i just got one last question: who wants the annoying Enlave to be in F3?

New Enemy for fallout 3

In Fallout 2, they telling us the truth behind deathclaw...enclave have increase their intelectual and made them sentient being...but not only deathclaw which become sentient being, there were other...like Rat God (giant mole rat) which you can found in underground of Gecko, Some intelectual plant, and a death scorpion in Broken Hill. Now some said that all Deathclaw were death in FO2, betwean by enclave raiding (Frank Horrigan bust vault 13) or by FEV. But what happend if they smart enough so they could save some survivor, and now they want revange. They gather with Rat God and some of their ghoul army (ghoul become hate to human becouse of Vault city action on Gecko). Thay leave somewhere and make some HQ. Some scientis have been kidnaped to evolve a new army of beast and the remnant of Super Mutant army (Super Mutant join them too becouse of Broken Hill accident which for them proof that human and supermutant can't never live togather). The New Master has arise and no one know who he is or what it is...but the truth humankind fate, again, is in dangerous.

San Fransisco: they made a new strong empire, with the help of their scientist they succes in make "a cure of a wasteland" (which everybody want), "a new type of combat armor" (which used for their police/guard armor), they become kungfu center and many warrior gathered there (NPC), and most of all they have advance technology and that's include vertybird. But they have big problem, becouse Hubologist seem grow strong again and no one know their HQ right now (before their HQ is in san fransisco) and the raiding from the sea (somehow there are frequent attack from the sea that made fisherman affraid).

Vaultcity: made a pact with NCR, their "close-to-outworld" made them strict and not flexible. Their act on Gecko made ghoul hate human being. and now they must face many attact from "misterious army"

NCR: Yes, i agreed that this city may become the most closest to USA, but th problem is their location is not give them benefit. New Reno still trying to "recaptured" the city. They don't have scientist in guns and new tech, the only thing which boost their technology is from vault 15 (and maybe vault 13) but that's not enough, they msut find a way to contact both BOS and San Fransisco. Many competition especially Bad one trying to get presidential chair. Some suspicious that new Reno is behind if this.

New Reno: after the death of salvatore, there only 3 family left. Years to come there only one family lead the city, a godfather. And this made other family force to find a new teritory, a new space, evend if they must pay to dark side.

New city and new teritory needed to conclude the story. (unsuficient data)....

i disagree u in many ways, u give some sort of combinatoin of f2 and f2 storylines.(new master rise, etc.)
i want the hubologists to be kicked out of the game and new reno to destroyed (new reno is based on humur that the creators added to the game that destroying the f1 "wasteland" feeling), but i liked ur gecko idea.
there's something u and me forgot to mention, the Navvaro base, i think the Deathclaws should take it over and than the biggest threatning on mankind will come true. it could be with good amotionale stuff like a deathclaw killing himself
for the good of the world (reminds me the Tarminator2 ending). remember that i belive in kciking the annoying Enclave out of the storyline so dont acspect me to put them in my wish-list...
and there's my huge weaponds problem i want to post later...

It is ChRoNic...we may see their fate and it's not the same

Well...i know, that why in this story we may see the final fate of those thing...but fallout is an open ended game, it's not us who decide will it end or will it continue...Both hubologist and New Reno is already exist, so let's used it to make it more darker for fallout. New Reno won't be just a casino place, but it's a raider and gangster home, no "honor" or "ordinary" man can survive there. It's won't be a big city of kind person couse there is only trechery, suspicious, blood thristy. You come to that town and you will feel like you come to beast cave. hehehe... how's that ChRoNic, like it???... :-)
and as Hubologist, we know that the old leader was killed by our hero (the most alternative we pick), right? Then this hubologist need anew leader, and now they not just a bounch of scientist who doesn't know what science really are. Now they become as bad as Children of Cathedral...They spread a (false) belief...tell me if it's not as scarry or dark story.
Both's fate is not decide yet,...but i like to see them destroyed and maybe we can see it in fallout 3...hehehe :-)

(Hubbologist - Children of the Cathedral, etc.)
so my respond is this:
1. ur right, in New Reno u should fill like ur in a beast cave but it's not how i felt, i felt i got to the city of never-ending oppertunaties, working for Daker(is that his name?!) and the Theivies Circuil (sorry bout my English) had more "darken" feeling then working for orgenized crime.
2. i just have issues against the Hubbologists cuz i never liked they're idea in the furst place.
3. the Enclave was better but i want enemies to die and stay that way (in f2, in broken hills i furst thought they where still evil, and almost help those racists basterds).
so i want new main-missions to f3, u can agree with me that f1 and f2 had the same (save ur home, then save the world), my problem is that u always have to fight and fight to do so, i want some other ways to do it, and that's involve in different enemy that doesn't have to kill the whole world or slave it.
4. my 3rd problem is, like u said, i like the game "darker" and more feeling that u have nothing and tring to survive (what i call "wasteland" feeling), and that's the base to the "more mad max <i dont remember the last word>" i posted here.

i always have the feeling of repeatting myself...

It's ok, i myself isn't an American and i don't spell well neither. But honestly it's really difficult to understand of what you trying to say in the last message.

a/ About Daker, yes there was daker but unfortunetly it's a character from fallout not from fallout 2. New Reno characters are: Salvatore family, Bishop family, Wright family and Mordino family. Thives Circle is indeed darker and misterious, and i agree if they show up again in fo3. New Reno can become that kind of place (beast cave) if BIS design it well. Actually it's not just New Reno. There were other place that should be "repair" like Gecko, San Fransisco and Millitary base. Try compere this Gecko=Necropolis, San Fransisco=BOS, Millitary Base=Glow. Necropolis is a spooky and scarry place, it's kind like abondend ghost town meanwhile Gecko is kind City of hallowen, to many "friendly" ghoul there (That's why i try to bring back human-ghoul war).

b/ Nor do i, it's lack many element, but as i said before it's already exist. I don't repeat it or remake "the old package with a new name"...it just a comparison, you know? Well you know, basically BiS trying to remake it (Children of Cathedral=CoC), but like you said i fail to bring the spooky thing of CoC to Hubologist. Now becouse CoC was destoyed, i though by using Hubologist will bring the feeling back. And i love to see them destroyed. But it seem their existence is purposed to be San Fransisco enemy (i meant emperors enemy) not like CoC. Meanwhile CoC is the main enemy in fo, The Master's hand and HQ.

c/ i always wonder why everyone think enclave was entirely destroyed. I meant as i remember Navarro was not destroyed and some of Enclave army can escape from the destroyed of oil rigs (alternative choice: you can ask Enclave Seargent-sorry, don't remember his name, to help you beat Frank Horrigan).
About new mission, well saving the world is a klise and it's kind of universal mission. I meant you don't want to play a game that it's mission is just to found soulmate, don't you? or fight hard just to become somekind a billioner, aren't you? Even if you like to, that kind of mission left no deep story in it. As i remember i don't give any main mission on my story up there.
And about the fight...yes, it's pity that fallout 2 didn't follow fallout end. In Fallout you can beat the master both by fight him or convice him or oversmart him by set the nuke bomb, Mean while in fallout2 you must fight Frank.H.

d/ Yes and yes again. But why only mad max?? how about escape from LA (some goverment find out to see other community as a garbage and they try to eliminated them by using nuclear misile which left from before the war) or Waterworld (couse the increasing of temperature north and south pole melt cousing a tidal disaster, sea increasing and drown many town and city-main story is to find the promise-land the only safety place from disaster-modificated to fallout world=the only place that safe from radiation waste) or Terminator (future setting that every city is destroyed, every human being must hiding from Sky-net and it's robot army. Everything is chaos....hey, this could be good).

2. You always compare F1 to F2, there's some of what you say that i don't understand. i.e. Gecko don't have to be like Neckropolise, i think that Gecko is for the Gouls who want normal lives, not anti-humans, and that Voult City is the one who miss-undestood there intentions.

I think Voult City will have the anti-gouls gangs and Gecko will ask your help to fight them. This time it would be the opposite.

3. I didn't said that i don't want a global problem that the hero needs to solve, i just don't think it have to be some new "master".

After finishing all the mutants in F1 Millery Base, i went to the Cathedral and in the basement i killed only 5 mutants , even though i could kill them all, but i was tired from always killing, and that's ruinned F1 ending for me.
Too much killing isn't good.

4. Why always Mad Max, most people probably never saw the movie so the diffirense are:

Not like The Break from L.A., this movie is totaly wasteland.

Not like Water World, as i said, MM is in the wasteland.

Not like The Terminator, MM have more primitive aspects and you won't see there any eng.weaponds and such.

Mad Max is about surviving in the wasteland, is about surviving the criminality after the war, and it has the quest for the only thing that can make you survive (in Fallout it's the GECK, in MM it's fuel). It has all the thing you can find in Fallout, and that's why i always talk about Mad Max, and if you,i mean everyone who read this (not just you Alicia:), saw that movie, you know what i mean.

couse it's fun

Actually it was my fansfic project, Kharn. The one that i told you before. It was the core idea and i try to make a story from it, but it turn to be long one and i think i have to canceled it.

Yeah, i know that BiS won't listen to the story idea, but then again were they ever heard of our idea??? I doubt that.

I always like to discuss about what would happend to fallout 3, talking about the old places (fo) and compere it with with the new one (fo 2 and will be fo 3). It's fun and fill my time beside do nothin' waiting fallout 3 annouched.

Yeah, i always compere fo to fo2, becouse it's the only reference i got. Eventhough we could take some idea from other game or movie, they need to be modificated 1st. The reason why i like to compere fallout to fallout 2 is becouse eventhough fallout 2 offered you a better gameplay, better NPC, bigger map, etc...but fallout 2 seem to have lack in the story and the dark-world feeling/post apocaliptic feeling compere with fallout. Like the reason i compere Gecko to Necropolis is becouse ghoul is represent the undead, the wasted man. Tell me if you ever meet someone who bring some disease or total diferent like most people or just imagine you meet a real ghoul, what do you do? what most people do? some may feel sorry for them, other may just try avoid them, and little may help them. And what happend to the ghoul it's self? I think they may feel solitired, depart from most humankind, frustated or maybe jealous. The point is friendly ghoul is not give you darker feeling.
Please try to imagine both city and compere them (not just the look, but also how the ghoul interacted with you), i think you will understand to what i'm try to describe.

The new Master or else just a name. I can pick other name but then again it just another name. What is importance is who is behind that name, isn't it? A new dangerous beast, who may the evil itself.

And about your problem about tired of fighting, i already try to tell you before, but it seem that you don't catch my mind. i tell you what? People love action, they want a war, they like fighting...so that's why fight/action element is always found in most game. Fallout (not fallout 2) has given you more alternative, more open choice to how you finished the game. You don't want to fight it...well fine! outsmart it or try to talk to them. That's what fallout 2 don't have, and i hope fallout 3 will follow fallout in this element. But i think fight element will always found in the main story, becouse it's the world, it's our (primitive) nature.

last, it's about the movie...I don't meant to copy it to fallout world, just take the main story. Like these:
MM : it's about man who try to survive, but instead find peaceful live, he ended up to bandit camp. Problem come, someone need help, he in the wrong place and the wrong time, make him must save the day.

Escape from LA : i already tell what the main story up there. infact it almost same with MM, just a different place and time.

WW: what i want to take from this movie is the main problem: is to find the promise land, the only place that save from radiation and nuclear waste. Maybe we can modificated it to: a mission to find some place/city which have an item/a formula/etc to make world better or to make radiated land fertile again (better then G.E.C.K)

Terminator: what i took from the movie is, the human fate whose ended up to fight some crazy AI and it's robot army. I though this idea was Already send before, by William. He try to said that fallout 3 need a new enemy, and he suggest that it's time for robot or cybernetic thing to try take over the world.

I think the hubologists were thrown in as a joke to make fun of that scientology religion. Overall F2 had too much humor in it for a post-nuke war society. I'd like to see a return to the darker side of F1 but dont see it happening. Maybe we'll see some of that in Arcanum :)
 
Arcanum won't be set in dark world

Arcanum story won't be dark world or post apocaliptic world. The main story of Arcanum is "the fight" betwean science (represent the industrial and mechanical, the future) and MAgic (represent the ancient knowledge). It kind a fantasy (you will meet Gnome, Dwarft, Elf, Human, etc ) game set betwean modern world and fantasy world. That's why i dare to said that you won't even feel dark world in Arcanum. But don't get me wrong, it doesn't meant Arcanum will be bad. It just a different game. Infact Arcanum may the only game i wait in this year, couse i gave up on diablo 2 which always late or warcraft III which need high requirement.

well, it's not just hubologist...almost everything in fallout 2 has somekind joke in it. Yes, fallout 2 wasn't as dark as fallout, and everybody seem knew it.

Whatta 'ya say, I was out for about 2 days, and now all those new posts suprising me! make's 'ya feel good, isn't it.

1. About me "tired of fighting", it just the for my opinion it was too much, but as long as other people like i don't care.
I realy share your opinion about F1 being more "open minded" and it's a shame F2 isn't.
Exemple:
Killing the Hubologists, that most of us choose to, is way too much easy when in that point in the game iI already had a Guess Rifle, and if there was a way of outsmart them by high SPEECH or such, then it was much more fun (specialy when you kill them afterwards of ex. ...;)

2. about you "comparing the F3 to F1&2". I understand anything that you say, but like in Gecko there just have to be 2 kinds of Gouls (cuz both F1&2 have them). I seem to forgot anything else I wanted to say so...

3. About "me liking Mad Max", MM is for me the most close to Fallout movie. and BTW, in MM2, he does things cuz it his way of surviving, not becouse he have to be the hero of the day (like some VanDumb movie when he kills all the evil men with a tooth-picker:)

I was looking fallout 3 in DUck ANd COver, and this guy, Doyle with his message: Planetscape:Fallout argueing about realtime combat and combat oriented which seem will changes fallout to some "popular" RPG. We discuss it well there, i like you to see it too, ok?

i read it, and i agree with both of you.

to me Fallout is more opened-minded, more dark-wastland-feeling, and more things i cant remember.

i agree with doyle on FO becoming more "popular" RPG and it scarys me, but that fo2 didn't have more options in combat, to me it looks like the lazy BiS didn't care to do it, less options dont make it more action RPG, they make it less fun. and what's so "action" with turn-based game?!?!

about multiplater, how can u play multiplayer fallout?? combats against friends sux and what more can u do in multiplayer?

the thing is, i want BiS to release "Fallout1 Gold", it would be a nice thing to do to the fallout fans. it should have only thechnical upgrades the foult2 has. (NPSc combat options, the ability to push people that are in ur way, etc.)

yes i know my idea will always remain that way (an idea)

it's exectly fo1 but with all the technical add-ons that fo2 had:
*the ability to push ppl that r in ur way
*moding ur npcs (combat and "trade")
*a reasonable bartering (in fo1 i never understood how it worked)
*there must be some stuff that i forgot

but new cut-scenes will be nice, and some changing in the weaponds.
(for more about weaponds view "guns and what had to be wrong with them" by sean tomoc.

about habologists, there r a joke about scintologic (or how it's writen), my sister once went there and left, she says it stupid and shalow. what i hate about the habologists that they are a joke. the Children of the cathedral weren't a joke.

about the Enclave, mybe there not that bad as i furst thought, (looks at the furst post), mybe there not that annoying, mybe they should be in FO3
