hey, I just noticed something. APTYP is "Artur" in the cyrillic alphabet, no? So that's where the name comes from

Yeah that can suck. The draft was removed in the USA in the 1970s, so I don't have to worry about that; however they keep calling me...

Not only it sucks, it is dangerous. One pal of mine was already drafted, and he went into 'okrug' (place of service) where draftees are sent to Chechnya. Combine it with 'dedovshina' (bullying of newbies in army), catastrophic number of people who have normal psychological description, and you'll understand why so little number of people want to be in the army.
