Is it really a fire that went out of control? Or is it a terrorist act? Or maybe this is government coverup of accident happened with experimental nuclear weapon? It's Los Alamos, after all...

is meant for all generic posts. You can post on anything! (Well, almost anything). That is why I have posted about my email problems, that's why Arthur posted this current event et cetera. On the old NMA General board, usually everyone posted about current events or having in depth discussions (in the end we all learnt you can't win against an admin with more power than you, isn't that right Rosh ;-) ), and only an insignificant number of people asked Fallout questions. Ah, those were the days...

So, have you learned what the general board is used for? Good.

As I recall Smack...a LOT of people started complaining about all your questions about web page building. Anyways, if this is a general board, which, according to you, allows for almost any kind of post, why, oh why, does it say, highlighted in great big red, "The General Forum is for |anything related to Fallout|, ++EXCEPT++ Fallout *gameplay*-related questions".
As I also recall, people ignored this rule on the old boards were warned for it. I think you were the exception, 'cause you'd been here so freakin long.

That is not because I was breaking any rules, but look at it this way: If someone asked you repeatedly how to clean their teeth, wouldn't you get annoyed after about the 3rd time?

Where are you hetting this from?! We hardly ever posted about Fallout on the old general board. Anyway, you didn't even know what the old general board was like, do did you?

No, even Xotor, Rosh, Otto, Ares, Shadowman, Miroslav, and Arthur posted about current events and fan-fics and other wierd or interesting stuff which had absolutely nothing to do with Fallout.

Harlequin, we can post anything we should find interesting here. As far as it isn't an annoying/stupid/nonsense commentary.

This is a community, we are humans, a human is a sociable being, and because that, 95% of the people likes to talk about interesting matters. So, there is no really problem if we can post, like I said, INTERESTING topics without being annoying or stupid or make nosense, ok?

One: This IS related to Fallout, because explosion of plutonium storage facility could lead to the end of the world.
Two: I'm getting a little tired of these 'how is that related to Fallout' remarks. What do you define as related to Fallout? Announcement of new game from Fallout 'universe'? Links between Fallout and Mad Max movies? Well, that's all I could think of that relates to Fallout DIRECTLY and is eligible for posting on General Board.

Come on, people, this is General Board! We are 2nd largest Fallout community after Unwashed Villagers! So shouldn't we develop friendship and cultural relations between each other? And how are we supposed to do that without bending rules a little? I say it out loud: "I AM PROUD TO BE A MEMBER OF 'NO MUTANTS ALLOWED' COMMUNITY!", and I care about fellow posters and site in general. What did I do to deserve such treatment?

Oh, and Smackrazor is 'freakin long' here (bah! less than 1 year), but I was here before him.

This is the general board, so we can talk about general stuff. Anything goes here as long as it's not against the posting rules.

It's the 3d time that Harlequinn guy confronted me with 'how is that related to Fallout?' question! You're the admin, of course, and I won't get banned, but we ALL have to have a single point on this (is that a correct expression?).

I don't know if it's a correct expression, but I get what you mean. Still, if something isn't allowed here I or any of the other admins will let you know. There's no need to become defensive just because someone asks you what a topic has to do with fallout. That just springs a discussion about what is or isn't allowed on this board. And that -to me- is a waste of bandwhidth.

I could find only one other example - 'KMFDM' message in, I believe, 3d archive. Maybe I mistaken you for another guy in old forum (or maybe it was you too), but I could've sweared I was confronted for misposting for more than 2 times. Gotta ask admins for old forum's archives...

Oh, and I since I feel that you're gonna tell me that message was obviously not to be here: cerial is a huge fan of KMFDM/MDFMK, but he is unwilling to send any mp3s he have, and I couldn't install Napster. So I figured maybe there's another fan who has less respect for authorities :-)
