Fixing A Computer For A Friend! No Signal Detected

Long story short. I fixed my new computer and decided to sell off my old stuff to a friend. I popped in some new ram a new PSU and a new GPU. Once i connected it all i started it up but no picture came up. Tried swapping to the second contact but same there and a bit later i even tried the shitty on board GPU with no luck.

Everything but the PSU and ram was working 100% yesterday and there was no beeping so the ram should be fine anyways. My bet is the PSU but i have a feeling something could be fucked on the motherboard.

In short. Everything works from fans to light but no picture. Either MB or PSU is to blame i guess, even if i get lights and fans works.

The PSU is a console one so it might just be a cable but then the on board GPU should work?

If the fans spin and beep code functions the psu should be fine...
#1 if there are more than just one short beep it usually means those beeps are trying to tell you something. Try to find beep codes for your bios (in this case eigther ami/phonex/award beep codes), or if You have UEFI instead of bios try to find beepcodes from Motherboard manufacturer, and look it up.

My best bet would be that the new ram modules are incompatible with Your mobo (shit happens)
for example i have an old mobo with ddr3 1066MHz native frequency and most ddr3 1600MHz do not downclock to this frequency anymore (none of the brands from the shop i bought new sticks did work, as i brought my rig to them to see FTW and why it doesn't work) so I'm screwed, time for a system upgrade:p .

Might also be a rare case You've bought dead ram sticks (but this sort of stuff usually doesn't happen anymore)... my bet is that ram sticks are eighther incompatible with themselves or with mobo. You might want to look up list of Your mobo supported ram modules (might be you need a bios/UEFI update

There is no beeping now but we tried to remove the ram to see if the beeps worked. There is no beeping now so the ram should be good.

#1 the beep only works if You actually have some kind of beeper/speaker connected to specific pins on the mobo. maybe You don't have anything there, hence no beeps..
#2 BTW when I had incompatible ram i also had no beeps.. just for the sake of testing unplug all your hard drives and play a bit with shuffling those ram sticks try just one then another and if possible try to run with old ram sticks to see if it makes any difference. if not then and only then well be 99,9% sure it ain't ram's fault.
#3 Just remember to unplug hard drive before doing so or you might actually loose your windows license if hardware key gets changed more than few times.

EDIT: so Ive read Your status.. So was it CPU's fan then ?!
