Boneyard Issues

Just picked up Fallout. Awesome game. I'm going to have to get the sequel now. I have a couple of questions about some FO1 Boneyard stuff though.

1. Has any solution to the "cathedral spy among the followers" quest ever been discovered or am I wasting my time keeping an eye on my follower scouts when I go to the Cathedral?

2. What's up w/Christopher and the thugs next to the Followers temple? Haven't tried melting them down yet, but is there any point?

3. At the Blades, what's with the C D E D Ducks thing? Easter Egg, but what is it referring to?

Also, notced and Easter Egg all on my own (probably already noticed I'm sure). In Follwers area, grafiti on wall of ruin reads JDA Rules! Reference to Jason Anderson, Lead Artist/Designer (?).

Cheers and thanks.

The solution to the spy quest was taken out of the game, so you can never finish this quest.I've actually heard rumors that Katja (yes, the NPC Katja) is supposed to be the spy. but I can't confirm that for sure.

They're bounty hunters and they go after you when you play as an evil character.

It's a reference to Wasteland, fallout's predecessor. The meaning of the converation is(paraphrasing here, it's been a long time):

Woman: See the itty bitty ducks.
You: Them ain't ducks
Woman: Yes, they are. Can't you see the itty bitty wings?
You: You're right. Them is ducks!

or something like that :-)

I think so, but I never noticed that. Heh, one other reason to replay the game :-)

My pleasure

Thanks for the info, that was great! I picked up the game last week and I've finished it three times now just to see what happens(school work...suffering...must...do work!).

I think I'm going to go pick up the sequel as a reward for all my hard labour...

Thanks again!

I don't know which part of wasteland it refers to myself cause I haven't played wasteland, but I know for a fact that it really is a wasteland reference. I'm sure if you ask Roshambo Warrior he can enlighten you.

RE: Boneyard Issues

In Wasteland, you tell the barmaid in Quartz 'URABUTLN', to which she replies with "URAQT2".
