Stats icreasing again

Thanks for answering my last question but there
is one thing more:

I ve found out that the doctor of the BoS can
icrease Strength, Perception, Inteligence,
and Endurance each by 1.
What about the other stats?
Can he increase them, too?

No. At least if i remember correctly. It has been a while since i played F1. But you can increase them. As i said, luck by 1 in the Boneyard and as Dimon said, charisma by 1 when you encounter Patrick the Celt and sing with him.
