blue keycard in navarro?

I beat the game (yay me), maxed out my stats, and now im just tying up loose ends and stuff...what do i do with the blue keycard i found in the basement in navarro...also anything else you can only do after the game is beaten?

The blue keycard opens the door to let the Deathclaw out of the base. I always use the one in the Gecko powerplant though. As to what can you do after you've completed the game it's been said so many times before....
