Getting the Fallout 2 Hint Book from Father Tully

I stumbled across this little intresting fact once you complete the game talk to father tully in the commercial district in New Reno and he will give you the Fallout 2 Hint Book which you can repeatedly click on and get massive experience points. right know my current level is 45 almost level 46. LOL

I got to level 88 using that.

go to vault city's vault, level 3..
u can work the rest out..

I like that. "Maybe if you try to access more data about 20 more times, you'd come up with something new." (not the actual quote of course, but close to it). 20 times later... "Maybe 40 more times or so." "I'm telling you there's nothing here." "Why don't you go play with the nurse?" "Ok, here's the big secret..."

ARGH!! for the love of god, I can't find the bloody computer everyone is talking about. I know it's on VC LVL 3 and when u use science (or use it, one of the two) u get 20000 EXP each time but I never found which one, and I"ve tried them ALL..
as for tully's book hehe just put it in one of your hands (like you would arm a weapon) and click it from there, it's a lot faster than using the drop down box while in your inventory..

sorry this post is so long ago but i was gone...
anyways this computer u c.. u go to vault city, go to level 3, not level 1 likt that other guy was saying..
then u use the computer u used to optimise the gecko plant..
insert ur pipboy into it and the the game notes tell u to use the top left computer..
it is true, that is how u do it..
