how do i kill westin, and make it look like an accident

iv tried everything, but i just cant get it right. the last thing i tried to complete this quest was to use a super stimpack on westin. all that got me was an antipathy rating in NCR, and bishop "forgetting" he even knows me. so whats the correct way to off this guy?

He always pretends he doesn't know you, you have to sleep with his wife or daughter to get upstairs and talk to him again.

That's a load of crap. You can see Mr. Bishop anytime provided you delivered the suitcase, and accepted the next job. (provided you dont fool around too much after that either) Speech/intelligence has also little/no meaning in this. You get this line if you fuck with his wife or daughter, and haven't presentend that you have a suitcase for Mr. Bishop to the guards downstairs. Allthough this is a bug ridden game, so maybe someone just walked under a ladder or something...

Once you've given him the suitcase, he says that you don't know eachother, that's why when you try and get upstairs after you've killed Westin he doesn't let you in, so you have to find another way to get upstairs. That's what has always happened to me...
