i dont really want to waste a perk on this

Well, it is a pretty useless Perk. But if your char sleeps around alot like mine, it's a fun Perk to get. I'd only get it for role-playing purposes. My current char is A. Powers (Sex Appeal trait, Sexpert, Gigolo, Porn Star and Karma Sutra perks). Oh behave.

actually its not COMPLETELY useless. It makes it easier to get a job as a porn star at golden globes in new reno. but i would still advise getting something different. If u have enough endurance, the best lvl 3 perk to get is toughness, very useful when attempting to take down keeeeng rat and his cronies.

oh and for sniper you need perception 9 (or maybe 8)
