Snake

Vault Dweller
I heard they finished a FO3 demo, where the F is it?
And all the material they made for fallout, why dear god why hasn't anyone leaked it out yet?

Dunno, I wish they would. Interplay apparently wants to keep it just in case they want to keep working on it. You know how that goes....

I think there was one made for the bosses at Interplay to watch for their greenlighting stage in development. I don't recall them ever announcing the results though...

It was the demo for the publisher, not for the consumers.

I saw it. I really did. It looked like it used a 3d engine because you could rotate the camera angle 360 degrees.

A demo might not have all the planned features in, including locked camera angle.

That's of course assuming Corith (whoever he is) really did see FO3 demo.

i thought it was locked in an isometriic view, but you were able to turn the camera around the character

You saw it? You really did? How? When?
Do tell us more... :puppy-dog:

Some months back, just before the great Black Isle purge, several of us got called into the downstairs conferance room and Josh ran through the demo.

I'm not sure if the everybody got to see the demo, but all of us in I.T. did.

Not much else to say that isn't already in the news. Several screen shots have been leaked, and they look just like what Josh showed off.

So pardon my bluntness, but who're you?

As for stuff from Fallout 3: Interplay has no reason to release anything, nor do employees have really sound reasons (well, resentment) to leak any, so it's very unlikely we'll see more before Interplay folds.

I.T.? What does that mean?

If I may repeat that question? You worked for BIS/IPLY/gaming magazine or what?

Just real damn curious, that's all...

I wrote all the ASP and C# code for Interplay. I also creatd the jigsaw puzzle and Space Hunt mini games that used to be on the Interplay site. I also functioned a historical advisor and researcher for one of the artists until he left the company.

I.T. is Information Technology.

Cool beans and welcome

Your site doesn't wordwrap on Firebird. This makes Baby Jesus Cry.

Who needs wordwrap when one has Firefox AND a 19 inch monitor :)

Welcome Corith, we don`t give much details about the game (for the moment) but talking about the Demo is fairplay, we`re all curious to know more ( and yes, once and for all i don`t have it, please stop sending mails about it)

And

Edit:thanks Kharn
