So I'm a modder and something of a writer least I like to think so. This is my idea so your PC is born in Ravenrock they are enclave from the start but the DC area is a frozen wasteland and that will be discussed later. Okay so your character comes to and the thing is hes sent on a scouting party to disable a weather control device, On that journey he meets all the civilizations and religions rising on the east coast and reporting it back to command this is all taking place at the same time as Fallout 2 and giving Dick Richardson his motivation to genocide the world mind you. So as things go you are walking your way to a location and discovering and seeing how things are and reporting back to Raven Rock which is Enclave and they are sending it to the oil rig, On this journey you will see things that give you hope and others that are horrifying. So what does everyone think of that sort of plot start for the true Fallout 3?
