I am doggshot and reginald, as you now know. I was doggshot, because I felt compelled to express some of my missforgivings about this website which I love so much. I felt I needed a disguise to cover my voice. I agree now and realize that alot of what I said was propaganda and
instigatory. I am a pessimist. I never meant to deceive or missdirect my true feelings. Nor do I mean to lessen your efforts toward computer gaming entertainment or the Fallout Experience. I must admit that on a slightly intoxicated night I did have some reservations, being a relatively newcomer about your governing of this site. Being I apparently love trouble, despise authority, and hate well most everything. I felt compelled to suggest something. There are many websites on the internet to rant or raive, I know, there is something that compels and draws me to this site, it is the love of the Wasteland. I declare, with some pride, I got of the seven moderators of this site, 5 to reply. Yes, half of what I said was flaimbait, it was a cry of desperation, a cry of anger. I mean if these individuals, who I come to for knowledge can not give me what I want, than it is time for a new God. I love Fallout, but that is another discussion, people who create a website to celebrate, explain, help you to explore Fallout are Masters. Masters to be respected, revered, and learned from. I do think they probabably nick pick on newbebys to much. Hell, they probaly discourage some from coming too this website, with their harsh words. But, true in heart I think they are trying to be in action and deed.
Lets go to the flaimbait.
Yes, could you imagine my satisfaction, I gave the guardians of NMA, a place I highly respect and revere, the opportunity to lets say, litterly kill me. Of the 7 moderators of NMA, 5 responsed. Only Miroslav and Khanrn did not respond. Miroslavs lietuients did in earnest. I had 9 responses to my flaimbait, roshambo twice (7th and 8th) , shadowman once (9th), Xotor twice (8th and 9th), Matux 3 times (7th, 8th, 8th), Dr. w95 once (8th).
Well these guys are earnest and undenying in their belief in NMA.
Shadowman, especially garners a wreith of victory, or hmmm, for forgetting the desire to attack.
Lets get to the last question. I did load a fresh full install of Fallout 2, there were no mods in the directory, I did go to New Reno, I did give Algeron a regular flame thrower. He gave me back a little death claw rocket laucher. I do not care if there is a mod. I did not apply a mod. It was a fresh install. I have a game saved outside of the New Reno Arms, at about 2200 hours, wait until sunup, go downstairs, past the dogs, Algeron will upgrade the flame thrower to a I hate saying it, I am so tired of saying it, I mean if it is a mod, how would I do it with actually modding myself. I have not, and my interplay directory and fallout directory have no modes, what so ever. I have a saved game number 56 and a saved game called 57. Save game 56 has you standing outside New Reno Arm about 1130 at night. Wait to the mornign. Go downstairs, give the flamethrower to Alegeron and he will give you the weapon. OK, in my mind that is not no mode, hell, I played the game, did not download anything. Long live Fallout, and its Moderators, peace.
