I did search for "gambling fallout 2" but didn't seem to get any relevant results. I tried to gamble in the Den by clicking on the person by the roulette table, but it was this incomprehensible game that I actually got stuck in (stuck in the dialogue tree, that is) and had to force the game closed. I can't remember if this was in the normal version of F2 but I certainly don't remember it. I've been playing it with the Restoration patch so it might have been added by that.
Rather than the random roulette games you get in F1, this was something that had about 5 or 6 options and would return to the first dialogue option after making a choice, none of which made any sense. I've actually been to a casino and played on a roulette table and this is totally foreign to me. Can anyone explain what the hell is going on and how you're meant to play it?
Edit
I just took a screenshot of it to show you, then I realised that the text description says it's a craps table. I haven't got the slightest idea how to play that, I guess it hasn't really taken off in my country since I don't think I've ever seen it in a casino. I went to the Wiki page of it and it looks complicated as hell. Is there just a nice basic set of choices to put into the game that will enable me to rely on my characters Gambling skill without having to understand how to play craps?
