Gamebreaker encountered. Can't finish game.

Hello, folks.

How's it going.

Playing Fallout 2, Steam version with RP latest from this site installed. I can't finish the game because I can't enter the reactor room behind the President's office. I see where the exit is but I literally cannot click on it. It's as if there is a wall there. It's too late now, but if you want I can provide a screenshot.

Is there any way to resolve this? Maybe spawn my character in the reactor level?

I don't remember the scene at all, but do you try to "walk" on the stairs or are you trying to "use" them?

Oh... well, I must be the worst gamer alive...

Never mind, you can delete the thread.

As you suggested, using the doorway instead of trying to walk through it is the way to go.
