Getting rid of crappy 'epic levelup music'

I've been trying new mods/tweaks lately and I just can't find a way to kill this sound. Any ideas?

I believe its actually a wav file in sound effects instead of a music file. Its in sound/fx/ui/ui_leveluptext.wav is the audio file under data. I am not at my pc with FO3 installed though so can't confirm.
