Getting the GECK to your tribe. SPOILERS INSIDE.

First time out of the vault
I just got the GECK from Vault 13 and got to our village. Once I get there, the shaman says everyone got fucked up by the Enclave...

Did I spend too much time looking for the GECK or this happens 100% of the time?
 
1. Search - this has been asked and answered several times.
2. It's part of the game plot, and always happens.

Too bad you never get to activate the GECK in the game so you d get a nice movie of how the GECK works ...

In the end of the game you get one picture of the result of your search for the GECK:that s it, one picture for hours and hours of searchin this GECK. And if you found the second GECK you can t even use it for something else, like sell it to NCR for a lot of money and see them do something nice with it (cause they never had a GECK)
 
This might have been done already, but a rebuilt Arroyo would be nice material for the Restoration or Megamod.

And then something along the lines of the people of Arroyo are being threatened by Klamath and the Den and want to take the territory and send you to do it with some other tribesmen. After you do it you are responsible for defending the territory from other places...


In otherwords, the entire map has gone paranoid and hostile...that would be sweet.
