I'm a bum, but I cringe to hear kids on the bus arguing what on earth 1st of May is all about. They didn't come to an agreement. It seems the issue is up for discussion, eh, all suggestions are legit.

I don't have classes on Wendesdays this semester, so It's really no different for me than other weeks.

Had a day off from work, was nice weather and took a walk with the dog to a nearby icecream shop. Sat in the sun and enjoyed our little luxury, before we headed home again after she had finished her "business".

Much nicer to have little events like that to remember, in my opinion.

Labor Day is the American equivalent to International Worker's Day (May 1). Some other countries also have their own Labour Day.
