hardcore bonus in the end? spoiler..

First time out of the vault
Just finished the game with hardcore mode activated all the time, i got a achievement unlocked, hardcore, is that the only bonus you get?
 
Yeah, it was interesting, but the game stated youd get a bonus if you played through on hardcore, just at the beginning, when you leave the doctors house, right?
 
As far as I'm aware, it's just the achievement. Worth the gamer points... ?
 
A bit disapointed. They could have thrown in some apparel or stat-bonus something for the next playthrough.

But it was fun though, and I basically crawled through the ending battle at the dam, all out of doctorbags and with both arms, head and a leg crippled.

Gonna download me some more hardcore-hardcore mods from the nexus for my next one, because I always had a surplus of everything in this game. And I didn't even hoard as I did in FO3, there just was to much loot in this one.
 
Yeah, i had 20k money in the end, didnt pick up much loot after awhile. Heard later of a place where you could spend lots of cash.
But, im playing hc still.
Funny about your end condition.
 
The thing you're gonna be spending a lot on is repairing weapons such as the YCS, especially if using max charge MFC. Or the Tesla cannon. 10k caps for me to fix it from about 10% CND.
 
I think it's more the fact that it says that you get something out of it.. where most people don't care much about achievements.
