High Resolution Patch & MIB88 Weather mod

UnRecognized-Dude

First time out of the vault
I've installed the FO2 High-res patch 2.2b and MIB88 2.42 and seeing that there is a major problem:

The scripts of the weathers are able to adapt the 256x256 texture to the default resoltuion (640x480) but when is used an higher resolution, like 1024x768, they are not able to scale the effect properly. In the lower part of the screen there is an a big 'removing-effect' space, and the same for every sides of every menus.

I hope I've been clear, homever I will post screenshots as soon as possible. Thanks in advence.

So there is a method to fix this or not?? And if not, there is anyone that can came here to say 'Hey, stop dreaming, there is no solution to this'???

Or is too waste of time

PM - MIB88…he will know better than the rest.

Yeah, I already PM'ed him earlier today after I saw the bump with some additional information. :P

Ah, of course. Other people are having this problem too. Well, this is the main point of what I sent to him:

...I really have no answer for it. Well, I do, but it's not something I can fix. The shaders need to be resized to accommodate the hi-res mod. However, if they are resized (by either Mash or Timeslip), I still have no idea exactly how to make sure the right shader file is called (if you are using the hi-res mod instead of the regular resolution).

So, there you go. Not only do they need to be resized (and I am not an art guy), but the right shader needs to be implemented in the event that multiple ones are actually made (another thing I don't know how to do as I don't know the inner workings of the hi-res mod).
