So I'm nearing the end of Fallout NV and noticed that I haven't finsihed Rauls quest yet, so I looked up what I needed to do and went to talk to those three guys.
Altough I have already done the volare quest with Loyal and finished everything with corporal sterlign so I can't even start a dialoge with him. Now I have tried to reset the speaking things with those two but i have no idea how to do it.
So how do I use the console thingy?
