How do you exit full screen on Steam?

Yeah I'm in the stone age, I never really used Steam before and I can't figure out for the life of me how to exit full screen. I've literally pushed every button on the keyboard. The problem is FONV keeps locking up on me and when it does there's no way out except to push the power button on the computer.

Have you googled it? You should google it. Also, Steam has their own support forums etc on their website. A quick google told me that Alt+Enter should switch between windowed mode and full screen, but that might not work when it's glitchin' for you.
