How many of You Knew...?

Ok so I loaded up my game of fallout 2 and hit the z button to bring up the PipBoy Interface? Then I hit status and I left to load the dishwasher, and upon my return I saw something I had never seen before.

There were many bombs falling across the screen diagonally to the left where the names of the towns are normally listed.

No one ever warned me of this!!!

PS: are there any other instances of something like this happening if you leave the game without any input for some time?

It's a ... uh ... screen saver, I believe. I've seen it a couple of times.

When it is new years day, christmas or halloween it comes up on your Pip boy too.

Yeah it's a screen saver and you can extract it and use it for you computer xD

There is something like that for the first FO as well... I havent tried it for tactics though... I guess I'll have to do that tonight...
