how to extract graphics from fallout tactics

Please tell me how to extract graphics from fallout in order to display them in programs like Photoshop.

extract the spr files from bos archives using winzip or winrar. get spr viewer, I'd recomend from www.fallout.ru/teamx since it can convert all spr files. then convert spr files to other format (I this it converts to gif's) and use them
