How to make an NPC Character patrol

First time out of the vault
Hi, I was having a problem on making an NPC character Patrol the Area. I manage include the character Goliath on the Bunker 5, I put him in a computer mode not human mode and set his AI into waypoint or random waypoint but unfortunately his not moving just standing there. can you help me on how to set him patrol the area in bunker 5 please :)
 
I am not sure but I it can only walk, did it cause not moving?
Or it is too big and Stuck？
