i am serious confused about editors...

ok i am new to all this hacking stuff so i prob sound really dumb but oh well.i am confused about theese editors for Fallout Tatics.where can i get them? are they for single or multiplayer? and are there editors for other stuff?...i am really new to this stuff...i would appreciate your help...Thanx

They're included in the latest patch for Fallout Tactics, just install that and it should also install the editors.
