There is now a Dutch political party whose main programme seems to be legalisation of pedophilia.
While this may come as good news to Alec and consorts, it quite worries me... Could a Dutchie perhaps explain this a bit for me? I only seem to able to find very little information in Belgian press.

Some idiots got the idea that it would be a good idea to start a political party which wants to legalise sex from 12 years on and porn from 16 years on.

And according to polls about 80% of the Dutch want to make it illegal for that party to even exist. The rest think that the part should be allowed to exist, since it's democracy and freedom of speech and whatever, but won't vote for it.
I'm of the latter school of thought. It's not like they're going to get any seats in parliament, so it doesn't really matter. It's at most a publicity stunt.

Plus, that leader is the ugliest motherfucker I've ever seen.
 
Jebus, why don't you move to Poland, if pedo's scare you? There's really a witch hunt here concerning those, in fact, a guy was wrongfully arrested and held in custody for 3 months, because two thirteen-year-olds fingered him as a rapist - even though he had alibis! And now there's outrage over some guy's website on "positive, non-violent pedophilia, and he's going to be lynched as soon as they identify him.
 
They don't scare me per sé, but the article in my newspaper today actually made me believe that the party was to be taken seriously 'n stuff.

And if you think Poland is bad, you should read about what happened France two years ago...

Come on, Jebus, they're a party that stems from the pedophiliac organisation Martijn and wants to legalise underaged porn and underaged (consentual) sex. Although we Dutchies may be liberal, we don't like the idea of children being abused.
Interestingly, though, they have some valid points in their program, but none of it isn't really being represented by other parties, and those other parties don't support the NVD's main point: allowing underaged sex, porn and voting from the age of 12.
It's how PHP parses stuff, a "'" breaks it. Use tinyurl for such stuff. Or just quote.

His newspaper doesn't suck, Sander, it's just low-news season, which means dumbass shit like this gets blown out of proportion. But honestly...who cares?

Though I have to say, freedom of pedophilic action is what seperates us from dem terrorisds!

Also, Jebus, if the phpBB url tag fucks up, just use HTML (a href) instead.

But yeah, it's cucumber season - so even if it is just a tiny article, stuff gets in that normally wouldn't. I guess I figured that the fact they warrant an article would mean they were worth it...
