Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone knew who actually sings the intro music (fallout2), this is the intro which begins at focus on the PA system and the post-nuclear aftermath of the 1950ish era setting, where the enclave then shoots up those vault dwellers who try to surface. If anyone knows the artist I would be much obliged if someone told me. Thanks!

Speaking of which, does anyone know of any programme which can be used to play the Fallout 1 & 2 music files? I forget what the file extension is, but neither winamp nor realplayer will run them...
Anything else, or do I need to rename them to another file type?

RE: Music

There was a program that could change the format of the music files on one of the modding sites but i could never get it to work (since there was no readme it kinda made it hard) mabey you can have more luck with it

RE: Music

ACM2WAV. All you do is drag a .acm over the ACM2WAV.exe and let go... nothing easier.

Strange...i have played Fallout 1 (and 2) many times and watched that intro many times too, but i never heard any music in the game. Does anyone know a place where to download that 'Maybe' song? I would like to hear it.

But i can hear that Armstrongs song in Fallout 2.

ACMs

Thanks for the info on acm2 things got it to work alright except it don't work with wind1 and wind2 acms and it doesn't seem to work with the fallout 1 acms

RE: ACMs

It works with FO1 and FO2 files, they are the same format.

RE: ACMs

I know they are in the same format but i can't get them to work for some reason also i can't redowload any other acms converts from that site for some reason i can't get the download windows to come up ?

RE: ACMs
