SkynetV4
Mildly Dipped

Ever since, there's been talk of TB vs RT and how TB is actually obsolete and anachronical (in the minds of Bethesda), I started playing Jagged Alliance 2 again.
Before restarting, I looked for mods, thinking to myself, such an old game won't have many mods. I then found a very interesting fact: it seems that the developers of JA2 released the source code to the community. The results have been nothing but positive, with a fan made patch perfecting the game so much that the game is now vastly superior to any tactical game I have ever played (not that many, FoT (I know, I know), Silent Storm, Silent Storm Sentinels and Hammer and Sickle).
To anybody who claims that a turn-based combat system is simplistic and old-fashioned: FUCK YOU, play a few turn-based games and let's see if you can claim that when you get your ass handed to you.
Enter Jagged Alliance 2. You can get it via Steam now, so there's no excuse not to play this game. The graphics are dated yes, but the combat system is so intricate that you'll ask yourself why every tactical game isn't like this.
1.13 patch: Get this, it makes the game, pussylicious and juicy like a fine steak (chopped, live from a water buffalo, spot the reference), http://ja2v113.pbwiki.com/ .
The game has it all, humour, very good combat, good voice acting (Ivan Dolvich, here), intelligent writing and queen Deidranna.
