Looking for Fallout1's file Sound.exe

Hi everybody,

On Fallout 1, some of you knows how difficult it is to get the sound and fullscreen worlking at the same time on the newest Windows operating systems.
I'm looking for the sound.exe utility coming from the DOS version of the game.
