Looking for help in building some scenery art

Hi,

I have a small list of scenery that I require for my module but alas, I have no scenery building skills.
So I'm looking for someone to help me build these scenery objects.

They are mostly signs and some graffiti
 
Tough I'm quite busy but can help you out with 1 or 2 scenery models
Suggestion for making:
For graffiti the best would be if you have a digital tablet then you can draw it in Gimp or Photoshop if you don't have a tablet then you should scan the sketches you made and color it on the pc. As for the signs I would try to come up with a shape in a 3d software (blender can be a good choice though a trial version of max could be OK too)

Thanks for the ideas. How would you rotate the graffiti to the right angle?

P.S. I could draw concept art for all the signs
 
Just grab a Graffiti image and take it into Photoshop.

Mask it - and transform it to the desired angle - don't forget to de-saturate the image. Save the image with the Fallout color palette. I hope it helps. :wink:
